Host Guidelines

In order to host a jackpot, you must meet the following criteria
- be a member in good standing
- either have host experience or have somebody willing to help you host
- have a facility with good ground and room to park
- be able to do pay-out or get help doing pay-out
- be a current open or associate member of the PCBRA
There are no exceptions to these rules.

If you host, you get $25 off of your finals entry fees.
This is the admin fee, which we waive as you have helped support the PCBRA.
You may only have it waived for one horse.
Only you may have this fee waived, not your children.
In the event that a group hosts jackpots together, each member must host one jackpot, with the help of others, in order to get the fee waived.  
The jackpot scheduler must be aware of who is hosting what jackpot, and the name must be on the paperwork.

Make sure you contact any of these people a few days in advance if you need a timer.
